I met a girl in the bahamas
Couldn't catch her name through her accent
So I just called her Lacey
Cuz she sold my friend some janky-ass shoes

She wore dark sunglasses
And a jogger's stopwatch on her left wrist
I told her i'm in a pop band

I followed her back to a starbucks
I can't believe it's in a place like this
Did my wizard impression
It got a laugh so i sang her a surefire hit

She left me singing alone

I thought that all bands were dope

I stormed my way back through the shipyard
Picked up some pot from a ten year-old kid
Didn't get to smoke my friends out though
Cuz a sea cop caught me with it

Now i'm stuck in a jail cell
Tryna tell them i'm famous
