II. Revise
Is all this sadness that I’ve always held
Merely fallout from a world so bereft?
I watched the cracks form slowly
Growing ever lonely
I saw the same inside me
Laid bare what I was
Not addicted to love
But intoxicated from sorrow in my cup
And I kept getting drunk
Cycles of pain and blood
And yet my restless heart whispers
“You are enough”
You are enough
So I’ll love on, cherish this glow
Find a place to grow
Start to let it go
Restitch my tapestry
Erase the misery scenе
Release thе sadness that I’ve always held
I learned from scars and now I lay this to rest
