My basic reason is that you cannot put a tax on the right to vote in any form or fashion

So these elections are coming up all the time and everytime everyday the full tax beams in effect it continues to disenfranchise voters and people who would like to express their views on governmental affairs going on in the state

That was based on race, clearly on race all the rights up through Terry and Adams they were clearly based on race

One of the most precious rights in a free society is that in having a voice in the election of those officials who make the laws as in we good citizens must live

Other rights are eluxury are other rights basically are eluxury the right to vote is undermined and our constitution leaves no room for classification of people in such a way as to unnecessarily bridge that right

It’s a pells position that voting is the highest right
Voting is the highest form of political expression

Very little use in picnicking if you can’t vote
