My Life
The moon pales beside this morning
The candles they've come to an end
Their flames go to sleep while I am awake
Another beautiful day in this life I don't want to know
And the coffee does not taste at all
So I want to hide myself
My life is a passage, you've left without a trace
And all I could do for today is looking out of the train
Our life is just a passion, full of sorrows and rain
And when all is said an done
Nothing remains
I walk outside my room
As I lock the door I wish I could leave all memories behind it
At my walk down to the subway
The rushing people they've got no feelings to show
And so I only wish and hope as I sit down in the train to meet somebody
Who remembers the aim
