Tears
Well I did everything I could
But there was something you never understood
Well I didn’t want to break you heart
I just felt that I was following a path in the dark

Well, there was many a time when you were absent
I really felt alone
And even when you were present
I didn’t feel that I was home
Sometimes we’d laugh together
As if moments would never go by

I’d think of you and tell myself no

Is that I long to have wings, fly and be free
