It’s hard but it’s also very rewarding when you know that you have that much power
And you have that much compassion to be able to navigate through those experiences
I think we take it for granted how resilient we are
We need to leave room for joy
There was joy before the trauma, before the reverence of those stories there was joy
We just been through so much sh*t it’s be buried by all the different rhetoric
We should already know our worth
We don’t have to experience trauma to and strife to be worthy
We can earn and reap the benefits of peace and happiness without having to struggle
