Dva Vora I Moneta (translation)
Two thieves, after so valiantly getting rid of pursuit
Decided to share the stolen gold
By nightfall in an old cemetery
They've sited beside on a deserted tomb
It seems there's just enough gold to share for two
But then.. damnation! one last coin is left
"my fighting's better, it is mine!" one shouts
"what would you do, friend, without my advices?!"
- give back the coin, or i'll go mad!
- you know that i don't fear your anger!
- but it is i who stole the money and lead the entire affair!
- without my ideas, fool, you wouldn't have gone far!
- what should with do with this coin? how can we share it now?
- i know, the dead can have it!
- excellent! let it be!
- i was quicker; this means the money's mine!
- i won't let you be richer than i!
- i'll take you by the throat and rip you into pieces!
- i'll beat you down with that cudgel and take all of your money!
- what should with do with this coin? how can we share it now?
- i know, the dead can have it!
- excellent! let it be!
And the dead, its bones all rattling, suddenly stood up from the ground
"enough of this, i swear to god, i've had enough now!"
The thieves glanced at each other, so quickly they took off
And all the gold that laid there, the dead took in his tomb!
