I understand right now you just doing what's best for yourself
But you a mess right now
You won't admit but that i know that you depressed right now
You can't admit but you need a little help right now
There's a lot things that I think you should confess right now
A lot of things that I just gotta address right now

I think we need
to talk about the problems you got
We also need to talk about how you just bottle them up
You need to go and tell someone about your mental state
Or at least go and tell somebody why you feel this way
I don't know like make a
song or go and leave a message
Either way you need to go find someone and confess it
Cause the way you feel
Could get you killed
It makes you ill
If you don't heal

I know there's things you wanna do but you timid and shy

I mean self admitting a step forward in all the healing
But while we're at it let's confess a little more of all them secrets
