Do you feel busy? Stressed? Overworked?
Sometimes, life just overwhelms us
This is a guided meditation that will help you discover deep relaxation and inner harmony
Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose, then exhale through your mouth
Repeat this three times
Feel your body relax as you breathe out
Take another deep breath and let your body relax even further, as you exhale
Do this a few more times until you feel completely relaxеd and at peace (Deep relaxation)
You arе in control here and your mind is quiet
Now imagine yourself in a place that makes you feel safe and secure
Maybe you're sitting on a Caribbean beach or a Greek island or just in your bedroom
Wherever is it, let yourself be there now
Just hold on to that image as we begin our journey together into relaxation
Let yourself feel what it's like to be in this place, to see it
Hear it, smell it
Now imagine yourself at the center of this place, right in the middle of it
Let's visualize something positive happening there
Maybe you see people going for a walk, or a child taking a nap
Perhaps there are good friends enjoying a meal together
Or nature in all its glory and tranquility
Whatever it is, let yourself see this happening in front of you now without worry
Just let that image fill up all the space in front of your eyes, no distractions
Just gaze at that image in your mind's eye and stay with this image
(Deep relaxation)
Nothing else matters but this moment right here now
Let all the tension leave your body as you exhale
Your muscles are relaxing, releasing their tension
Everything is going to be okay
You are safe here in this moment
You are at peace with yourself and with the world around you
As we return to the room, and when you feel ready, move your fingers and head a little, and open your eyes
