I was released from the hospital yesterday, and my doctor there said I should start some sort of diary, journal, whatever you want to call it, so he can keep tabs on me. And I'm not much of a writer, so I opted for the, uh, video journal
I guess I'm supposed to document... thoughts, feelings, or whatever else going on... up here
