The Last Romance
Jean
The Last Romance
Sometimes I walk alone
On the streets
Bitter thoughts conduct me
The sunny days with its shadows cover the pain
But when the rainy days come
The sadness comes back again
The story of my life
Turns round again and again
But it seams that the same chapter is always told
Just by different points of view
I hope that those days will pass way
And the pages of this chapter will be turned
I can't love anymore
I can't cry anymore
I can't be used to loneness
I paint your eyes in an abstract image
And you write the poems about my love stories
In verses and rimes of pain
I can't love anymore
I died inside myself
And another one adorns my grave with black roses
I had with you my last romance
