I remember a time when I started to get a little older and um…
One time I was coming through to Queensbridge for the weekend and walking through the basketball court…
You know, by myself. And I remember hearing somebody say, “Big Steve!”
And at first, I’m looking over like, “Somebody talking to me?”
Cause you know like, no one had ever called me that you know what I’m saying.
A lot of people called me Stevie when I was little. But now I’m getting a little older.
And um, I recognized the voice. And I looked over at the bench.
It was my cousin Will, and um, Nas.
