I got told not to be myself
Thought that I'd have to live with no self-confidence
Sometimes you just gotta know what's right for you
Time to stop wasting time because the world starts to skew
Had to stop focusing on obstacles
I finally knew to only focus on my goals
Self-acceptance is a real tall mountain to climb
So come and do it with me we all have to start sometime
Knew that I'd have to face this eventually

To have the thought every night make you want to cry
But no more of that for me it's time to fly
